DEFIBRILLATOR FOR BENIDOLEIG CIVIL DEFENCE GROUP
BREAKING NEWS – last weekend this defibrillator was used to save someone’s life, thank you to everyone for helping us make this happen.
The Original Charity Shop and Library recently received a request from a newly formed Civil Defence group in Benidoleig to help finance a defibrillator. Group coordinator, Simon Lunn, explained that there are now nine people on board with experience in first-aid and life saving, but because the nearest hospital is 15 minutes away they are in need of a defibrillator, which is an essential piece of life-saving equipment. The Original Charity Shop and Library are very happy to supply the necessary funds to purchase this vital piece of equipment.
