EMAUS CHARITY EVENT
This event was a resounding success with over 5,400 euros raised to date and more to come…….
Lonny Gerungan, is a well-known Dutch celebrity chef who has held many successful events in support of children’s charities in Indonesia, and even earned an entry in the Guinness Book of Records for the preparation of a rice table 660 metres long for 1,200 people. He is now preparing an event in support of children’s charity EMAUS, to take place in El Cirer, La Nucia on 4th and 5th of April, where he will cook an Indonesian meal for as many people as possible. For these two days La Nucia will be transformed into the paradise island of Bali.
The Original Charity Shop and Library, Javea, are sponsoring this event with 500€, a further 500€ will go directly to EMAUS.
