I want to sing the praises of the Charity Library in Javea Park. It’s the best 30 euros I spend each year – thousands of English language books to choose from. This week they excelled – last Saturday I asked for “the Night Mangager” by John Le Carre and on Friday I had a telephone message that the book was waiting for me. How’s that for a service? And I always enjoy the discussions about books and the recommendations from the knowledgable and friendly volunteers. END OF SEASON SALE from MONDAY 7th MARCH until SATURDAY 19th MARCH MANY HALF PRICE BARGAINS  We will not be taking in clothes for sale on commission from Monday 29th February until Saturday 12th March inclusive, in order to prepare for our end of season sale. We will still accept household items (no winter goods) and bric-a-brac during this time (providing we have the space). From Monday 14th March we will be taking items in again for sale on commission but will only take clothes and items that are suitable for the spring/summer.
